Our team delivered event management and people management projects at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games. From organising a team of volunteers to managing large crowds of spectators, we have the relevant experience to manage your event.
We provided the volunteer recruitment programme for the European Professional Club Rugby Finals Weekend in May 2019 where over 100 volunteers were recruited, trained, organised and deployed with great success.

Having developed a relationship with Newcastle United we have provided volunteer support for events such as an Ed Sheeran concert at their iconic stadium, St James’ Park along with Magic Weekend
For two seasons Elm People have run the volunteer recruitment and delivery programme for Premiership Rugby side Newcastle Falcons, which entailed the management of 30-40 volunteers for 20 games across the season including the second annual ‘Big One’ at St James’ Park.
