Joe has approximately 25 years of experience in Medical Communications, supporting country, regional and global Clients across Publications, Medical, Commercial and Value teams. Most recently he has demonstrated successful leadership of global agencies, ensuring that Clients gain support from teams that are continually striving to enhance strategic planning and tactical implementation. His experience is gained from a wide range of different therapy areas across the product lifecycle; helping clients to navigate early phase, peri-launch and launch phases, as well as product life-cycle management post launch.
Joe has recently completed an MSc in Evaluation of Health Care Interventions and Outcomes at the London School of Economics and Politics (LSE) and in conjunction with the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE). He is also an active member of the professional society for health economics and outcomes research (ISPOR), being involved in the ISPOR Special Interest Group on Health Equity. Prior to his Medical Communications career, Joe managed peer-review and production for a number of medical journals.
Joe lives in London with his wife and their two independent girls. He tries to challenge himself (running the London Marathon in 2023 while he still could) and giving what time he can to cooking, travelling and learning the piano.
